Hey ,

My volvo runs great except for the fact that i'll let the car warm up for about 10 min before driving in cold weather, the temp gauge is in the middle, i turn on the heat, to auto and or the variable fan speeds, it will run for about 30 seconds or so and cut off. What is the problem? blower motor? sensors?

 

sounds like a blower motor or ecc unit....

does it run if you put the temp to HOT and the fan to HIGH?

 

Any fault codes?

no the air will turn on for any setting then cut out, and it seems like that the ac unit only works if the cars warmed up and i have to turn it on while in motion to force air in, but i need to figure the heater problem out, and there arent any fault codes.
