Volvo 850 Made from 1993 to 1997, this Volvo line was available in both a wagon and a sedan, both with were graced with several trim levels.

Need help identifying where this goes

Default Need help identifying where this goes
I am in the middle of replacing a dash in a 1995 850 and don't remember where the connector shown next to the box goes. I can't remember where I unhooked it from. Any help with this will be much appreciated.

If it's the black protruding antenna looking thing, it looks to be a temperature sensor?
Circle the connector (on microsoft paint or equivalent) that you are talking about to be clear.

It looks to me like the ignition shift lock cable.

Thanks - it was the shift lock cable. Got everything back together and buttoned up today and the job came out good.
