Need Help: Replace 850 Steering wheel with S60 or other

Hello, my family has had volvo's since time began, though I am on my first. It is a glorious 850 non-turbo, red with spoiler and 5 spoke alloys. Unfortunately, the steering wheel has worn severely and has no hope. I would like to replace it with some form of sporty steering wheel, ideally an s60 wheel. The main concern is that I would like to still have the airbag function properly (do not care about the buttons). Is this possible? What would I need to do this? Are they interchangeable? Do I need to reprogram the airbag? Thank you so much for your help!

The car is a 96'. From what I hear, a 960, s90, and s70 wheel will likely work fine, though past that is questionable. Does anyone else know about the s60 wheel?
