I would pull the ECM and clean all connections.
Before you pull it though make sure the ignition has been off for more than 2 minutes before you pull it.
I have seen that cause it but I have also seen a bad ECM cause it as well.

The ECM is the Engine Contol Module. It is on the passenger side The OBDI ports attach to the box. Remove the top cover and look for one that says bosch remove that one.
Thank you Tech you were spot on!pulled ECM cleaned contacts and put back in cleared code and its fixed.Your awesomethanks a million for your knowledge.one other thing I disconnected my battery when I was trying to reset the code and now my radio doesnt work I bought my car used 1 year ago any advice on getting code for that?
2 things
1. Make sure after driving it good the code doesn't come back. Sometimes it will. But most times cleaning fixes it.
2. Stop by your local Dealer and ask them to give you the code. You will need to show proof of ownership though.
Most will not charge you. Also pull the radio and see if it is written on the top.
Sorry but that is the only way you can get it.

A) You can't open the glove box.
or
B) There is no such card.
Pop the radio out (Real easy - just take the key and push the two rectangular slots next to the Bass control and the preset number 6 - from there handles pop out and just pull the handles) and look for a 4 digit number written on the radio somewhere with a Sharpie. If you find such a number that is your radio code.
None of my radios leave home without the code written on the radio.
If you can't locate the code the dealer can indeed provide it with either the VIN if it is the radio that is original to the car or the serial number from the radio if it is not. I have themost thieving stealership in the country(List +40% at the parts counter Rick Hendrick Superior Volvo) and even those Ba$t@rds will give me a code for free.
