Default New vacuum canister under battery tray?

Hey guys, does anyone have a part number or know where I can find the vacuum canister that is under the battery box on my 95 850T? Had the chance to get under the car today and change oil and a control arm, and while I was there I noticed a hole worn in the bottom of the canister thing...Not even sure what it is lol...Small black cylinder with a white top, 2 vacuum lines going into the top of it and it looks like theres a valve inside. I suspect this is related to why my cruise control isn't working, however looking on rockauto theres no cruise control vacuum actuator listed...

Any ideas?

Edit to add: I've also noticed that at times my transmission kicks down at weird moments. Usually when cresting a hill and starting down without my foot on the throttle. Would this vacuum canister thing (is this the vacuum tree I've read about?) be causing issues with the kickdown? Our transmissions are vacuum modulated kickdown, correct?

The transmission is computer controlled only.

Weird. Wonder why the transmission is kicking down then like that...

Its not the evap canister, the part in question is too small to be the evap can. I'll see if I can grab a photo today while the car is up in the air for inspection and post it. Although I wonder if it may be a check valve or solenoid for the evap system? The car isn't throwing any codes for it (only code is for the missing rear o2 sensor that the previous owner couldn't get out of the old exhaust and didnt want to spend the $ to replace)...

Its long cylindrical and skinny with 4 vacuum ports (2x2 right angle ports coming out of the face of the flat part on the cylinder at the top) coming off of it, one of which (currently) has no line running to it. It kind of looks like the filter housing on a commercial/home water filtration device, only smaller. Its on the inside of the frame rails, directly below the battery tray. It looks like it may be a solenoid or actuator for either the evap system or for the cruise control. Took a pic while my cousin had it up on the lift, he looked at it too and said that it is most likely for the evap system. Hang tight one second and I'll post a photo.

The car does seem like it has a boost leak and it smells a bit rich at times. Could this be the factory turbo control valve I'm looking at, maybe relocated by a previous owner?

Part in question, not the greatest pic, didnt have a shop light handy. Upload turned pic 90 deg left, you'll have to turn your head sideways to see it properly That chunk of broken plastic on said part on right is a 1" hole in the bottom of it. If you look inside the hole it has a rod with a metal gasketed disk inside. Kind of looks like a thermostat housing of sorts, where it moves up and down to open or close the vacuum ports...

The bracket its attached to bolts directly to the bottom of the battery tray, (again) inside of the frame rails. Charcoal canister on my car is sitting on the opposite (wheel well) side of the frame rails and is about a foot lower than this part.

My first thoughts are A: cruise control actuator, or B: evap purge solenoid...

So....next question... Where can I find a replacement? Quack tape and silicone can only do so much, and I'm pretty sure the gaping hole in the plastic isn't going to take well to the latter 2 options as a repair Does anyone have a part number for this?
