Default New vacuum lines = loss in boost?

So when I bought my car, 2 out of the 3 vacuum lines that attach to the thingie at the side of the airbox were snapped. I didn't know about them until I did a WAI intake. Before and after installing the intake I was getting about 8psi with an LPT turbo with the WG rod turned 2.5 times.

I fixed the vacuum lines last night, didn't have a diagram with me but it was SORTA obvious of where the lines went, but when I threw the new lines on, I test drove it and now I'm hitting 5psi. Is something backwards?

Default

Update: Fixed! My suspicions were right; I had the lines on backwards. according to this diagram, The blue line to the intake and the yellow line to the wastegate were switched around. I'm happily back at my 8 pounds again!

Solved.
