Default No A/C Help Please

My Problem is that I cannot get the A/C compressor or the Fan to RUN. I have tried shorting out the Low Pressure switch ( nothing) tested the A/C Relay (good) de-lidded the Relay and put it back into the circuit to test it's operation. The Relay activates when the A/C switch is turned on and when it is in the AUT Mode. It does not activate in the Deforst Mode ( should it) So think my ECC is good. Tried measuring voltage at the Low Pressure switch and got -.1 and 10 then measured the High Pressure Switch and Got 6.25, 6.28 and 0 volts ( looking at the connector upside down with the metal retainer clip pointed towards the drivers side) Would like to try and directly activate the compressor by appling voltage directly to it to see if the cluch pulls in but don"t know with wire carries the voltage and I don't want to do any damage. I don't know what to try next Any suggestions ??? forgot to mention there are no DTC's

Red 94 850 Turbo Thanks

You can directly power up the clutch on the compressor if you need to. The overheat switches on those would sometimes go bad and not pass power. Not saying that your problem is that simple.
If your cabin fan won't work at all I'd check the resistor for the fan.
Also keep in mind that there was an updated ccm for that car with updated power supply as well.
