Default No lights/blinkers/power mirrors

hi everyone!
I am posting in regards to my friends 96 850. Something strange has happend to his car. His headlights stoped working (high beams are ok), his blinkers stoped working (but if he puts hazards on then all 4 are fine) and his power mirrors stoped working as well. All this together. Is there a simple solution that someone already found?

Was the ABS light on as well?
The electrical part of the ignition switch might be bad.

My 960 does things like that when the ignition key does not return all the way to the run (II) position after I start the car. It does not spring back all the way so I turn it back a little and everything works again.

@tech, yes his abs light is on as well.
@rspi, thanks for your input, could be a switch. At least that is easy and fairly cheap to replace.

Has your friend checked the blinker fluid level? It might be low, or emply. Might want to check that out.
