Odometer fix nightmare
Gents,
I've succesfully repaired the infamous odometer gear fix. Unfortunetly managed to screw up many things...
among burning close to all my lights, I've also manage to brake my gas gauge, so I think.
All worked fine before the odometer thing, don't have a clue on why all my light burned nor why did my gauge died.
Did the A7 cluster check thinggy, needle dosen't move.Did the A7 cluster check thinggy, needle dosen't move.
Got an used cluster form the salvage yard, swapped the cluster, still non working gauge. I realize that gauge might be faulty, but what are the chances of that happening?
Did the A7 cluster check on the "new" cluster, still no movement.
Could it be possible that I've yanked a a wire that powers that gauge? Faulty realy sowhere? It's doutful that the sending unit is faulty, since the cluster check is pointing to a faulty gauge... but two faulty gauges in two different units?
Thanks to all
