Oil???

Which oil would you recomend i use on my 96 t5 with 160k on the clock???

personal choice.
In a turbo i would run synthetic for its better temp protection for the turbo bearing.

Actually, I do. gf has turbo desiel, i run mobil 1 in it.

I use synthetic Mobil 1 High Mileage 10-30W.
