ok before i bashed for doign this, i know there is an oil thread on which oil is best to use however i cant seem to find anything anymore

i'm just wondering wat my bes toption is for oil?

300000 on the engine, 1997 850 t5

i'm not quiet sure wat the best oil is for this car, so best recommendations??

the manual doesnt seem to practical for my milege of engine, i wanna know wat ppl use to help it out on a high milege engine would 10w-30 be the most general stuff i can use for high milege? the manual really doesnt explain anything to me so its not much of a help...

 

If you didn't use synthetic before don't start now. I would use any high mileage 10W-30 and do it between 3K and 5K
