Smile oil level

hi guy's any idea if the level of the oil from my dipstick is normal? i drive 850t5 wagon here in the philippines and using everyday last change oil i made is last nov.2008 but i used fully synthethic oil volvo brand our climate here is kind humid and hot.when i woke up this morning before i start the engine i check the level of the oil and it eat up almost a quarter from the top line of the dip stick. is this normal?or because of the turbo? i dont have any leak. except from a moist coming from the turbo just a little. thanks guys!

best!

I prefer using non-synthetic oil on my turbo one just becuase they aspirate oil thru turbo whatsoever and it makes no sense to add oil instead of oil change at 10000 kms. its better to use regular oil and replace every 4000 - 5000 kms.

I guess, in your case, its the same story that you have lost oil thru turbo and you are close to 5000 kms but becuase its synthetic, you dont think that its due for a change - BUT IT IS DUE for a change.
