Went to top up coolant and noticed an oily film floating at the top

Why are you topping it off? Losing fluid? What does your oil cap and dip stick look like? Have you changed your oil, is it milk brown? Is your car hard to start in the morning, feeling like a cylinder is missing?

From:

Changed the top radiator hose like 2 weeks ago after noticing a small leak. The oil in the dipstick is brownish but not milky
