Newbie to this so hi to all. Hope that someone out there can help with a couple of problems I have with my T5.

1.
Does anyone have fitting instructions for fitting a front wing to the car. I have checked my Haynes manual and its not covered and now that I have a wing to replace the one on there I want to get it done as soon as....

2.
Poor acceleration and power. Been like this since I bought the car. Have checked the compression on the pistons and valves and they are all at 12 bar (180psi) soI think there may be an issue with the turbo. Are there any checks I should be making on it or any of the hoses going to from it. To help along, the symptoms are:- low power and poor acceleration, over reving by 500-1000 rpms when changing gear, power doesnt drop off immediately when you come off the throttle (worse when the a/c is on). No blue smoke at either idle or over run so don't think that the turbo has failed itself, just something controling it maybe....

As to your first question, did you mean the front air dam/chin spoiler that goes under the bumper? I am a bit puzzled.

Thanks for the reply, will; check out the thread shortly.

As to the wing, it is the actual front wing of the car where the wheel is. I know that they are bolt on but am not sure of the bumper has top be removed first.
