Default Passenger Turn Signal Idle not working

Well, For some reason now my passenger turn signal is not working, however it does blink. I have checked the connection and I don't think the entire unit isn't getting any power.

Does anyone know how the plug on the drivers side behind the headlight work? That large plug that controls all the front lights? I want to check to see if that is even getting power before I tear anything else out.

Is the bulb good?
You can check the wiring at the turn signal assembly.

The bulb is good, I've tried 3 different bulbs. The thing is the socket isn't getting any power to the specific wire that controls the fillament that's the idle. I know there is like a master connection that has all of the wires for it and i just need to know which ones control that specific wire set.
