Default Possible Cat Problem

HI all,

My 1994 850's turbo was replaced some months back and was running fine and it still does, but once in a while when I am driving and use the turbo I will get a bad smell from the exhaust. Recently my lambda light came on, i used the ODB II and it it shows no pending codes but the EGR and CAT buttons at the top of the screen are flashing, but no error codes (just a yellow warning light on my ODB). I replaced my 2 oxygen sensors recently, if the cat is bad it will likely foul up my new sensors yes?

I don't feel or see any exhaust restrictions, since i was thinking the cat was bad or blocked, wondering if the cat is old and needs changing and the reason for this bad smell. There is a small leak in the exhaust pipe after the cat where it connects to the remaining pipe but not from rust, it is just a small space where some condensation leaks out.

Anyone also know the exhaust diameter on my car?

thanks to all!
