The metal power steering line coming from the front of the reservoir, I know it sticks into the reservoir, and then you screw in the retaining bolt to hold it in place. Can I loosen that bolt to adjust the line a bit without it pouring fluid? It's in the way of my hot side intercooler piping.

 

I don't see why you couldn't. You may get a drip of fluid when you loosen it but it should not gush.
