Hello everyone!

I have a Volvo 850 2.0 Turbo with 210hp, and I've been experiencing several issues related to the turbo.

Since I bought the car, I've gone through several turbos. Basically, I install a turbo, drive a few kilometers, and soon after, it starts to develop play in the shaft, eventually leading to oil leakage (which gets progressively worse).

I've checked many things, including oil pressure (0.9 bar at idle and around 4.5/5 bar under acceleration), turbo drain is okay, high-pressure circuit is fine, PCV and engine pressure are fine, and the exhaust system is okay.

I don't know what else to do; the turbos are not overboosting. The current one I installed hasn't been pushed hard yet, but it's already starting to develop shaft play, and the next time I boost, it might break. I've been adjust the turbos to run at 0.5/0.6 bar. The car is completely stock (no catalytic converter).

Any ideas on what could be causing this? Has anyone else experienced this?
