Does anyone know of any reason that when I leave my car Idle (in Park)for 20mins or longer there will be a small cloud of smoke will appear. Help!!!!!

Light gray, sometimes it may need a ride down the block to get all out then it's fine.

My guess is that it's worn valve guides. They can be replaced with the head left on, but it's not a fun job. - AB

Also, check for simple items, such as dirty air filter, fouled spark plugs, etc... If tune-up has not been done recently (in the last 2-3 years), I would replace/clean them all at once.

On these things no!!!
Volvo doesn't sell the guides at all.
Machine shops will sell you Bronse guide which will seize the valve.

The seals are even a B**** to do off the car.
