Quick question...
What the HECK is this part called and how do I replace one?

When I bought my car the previous owner ducktaped it because it just flops around. Went to the junkyard and noticed that on all the other 850 motors they're solid and in place. Can someone help me identify what it's called and how to remove/replace it?
