Unhappy Rain Water Comes In The Side Windows

IMO, I guess this is a design flaw. If I open my front windows while it's raining, water comes in really easy. This is the worse experience of this of all the cars that I have had.

I noticed that my daughters S70 does not have this problem as bad. When I looked closely at the window trip that goes up the sides of the windshield and over the roof, the moldings on the S70 have a deeper ridge on them, that helps catch the water better.

I'm wondering if the trim pieces that go on the S70 will fit on the 850??? Does anyone know???

They might. I have never tried but the body is pretty much exactly the same.

I'll pick 1 up and try to put it in soon. Are they a pain to replace?

Those same ones are on 850's. They came with the 850's that had roof rails. I saw that on my dad's s70 and thought, wow, why doesn't mind have this. And then I saw an 850 with them, and the only ones I've seen that had those were wagons with roof rails.
