Default Rattel on the front end

I assume it is the passenger dust shield being loose that is making all the rattles. So I took the wheel off and i cant see anything loose. where is the bolt or where is it attached of fastened? how can I tighten it back up?

Dust shield are attached with bolts. You need to remove the brake disk to access them. But I don't think you will find they are loose.
