Rear Brakes grabbing when warm or used extensively

my Rear Brakes start grabbing when hot out or used extensively, but not all the time.....

How old are the pads? When was the fluid last flushed? What shape are the rotors in?

Basically, when was the last time anything was done on the brakes?

My guess would be that they are not OEM pads? I may be wrong but ive never seen OEM pads grab.

pads are Volvo oem, fairly new about 3 months ago, rotors are good, i just flushed the entire system and put new dot 4 in.

I just checked my rear brake pads. Original and showed insignificant wear since they get only a fraction of wear the front ones do. Have you checked your front pads. Almost seems like front pads are not working properly, causing the rear pads to take on the breaking.
