Im wanting to take my 1996 850 down to our Volvo Dealership. Will the still do the recall on my 850? If so, will they charge me anything? My dad says that they will, but from what I haveseen on here; I will not have to pay for it.

 

Usually if it is a recall, they wont charge you. Not 100% sure though, some one else might have a different story.

Recalls never expire and are always FREE.

 

I know that the heated seats dont work. My first 5 or so gallons of gas goes down reall fast, but after that its ok. Will I have to call and schedule it so that they can get in the parts?

First call and make sure there is recalls on your car. They will ask for your Vin#.
Then ask if you need to make an appointment.
