There is a spring that holds the front corner light on. Unhook the spring and remove the corner light.

Then there is 3 screws from the engine side going into the headlight. They are 10MM.

Hey Tech, what's up? do i need to remove the corner one to take off the headlight? or just undo the 3 screws on the side and that'll be okay? does the light pop outwards or up? do i also have the take off the front molding (below the headlight where the wider comes out of)?
thanks

Yes you need to remove the corner light.
Sorry but yes you need to remove the wiper arm then the molding. The molding pulls straight off. Then when the headlight is loose it comes straight out as well.

How do you remove the wiper arm? The trim looks easy to remove.

To replace the lens, can you remove the whole headlight assembly (via the bolts) and lift it forwards of the trim, without removing the wiper arm & trim?

Don't know which method is easier. Bolts are not easily accessed on the passenger side, & its a greasier job.

BTW another post said there is an 8mm screw... not on my 1995 850 wagon. The hinge itself is a rivet. No screws or bolts to be seen anywhere on the wiper arm.

OK, here's the problem. There are TWO plastic covers.

A long one over the entire arm. Pop that off and

You can swivel a pivoted cover off of the end of the shaft, to reveal the nut.
