my s40's headlight is cracked (the lens is glass), and it needs to be replaced. I can get just the lens from Flebay, but i'm concerned that I might damage something removing the lens from the housing. Does anyone have any procedures on a how to DYI removal of the lens?

You just carefully pry the clips off to remove the lens. I have one I'll sell for $10 +shipping if you're interested.
