Signal light on front drivers side keeps falling out. There's a part missing I'm just not sure what it is. I think it might be the spring that would go behind it?? Not even sure where I'd get that part from. Here's some pictures:







I'm also having a problem with my flashers coming on at random and killing my battery. Is that common. I usually pull the fuse out for a night and the problem stops for a couple of days. Could it be the switch or relay?

 

Yes you are missing the retaining spring for the turn signal assembly. Can you just look at the passenger side and see the one there ??

You should be able to get one on line, salvage yard, dealer or if necessary and a bit of skill make one out of a generic spring.
