Has any had to repair a water leak coming from the roof rack? ('96 850 turbo) It has drenched the passenger seat and as a result fried the electric seat controls. I am hesitate to call Volvo for repairs because they are never cheap (though I am sure we will anyway). Any thoughts/similar experiences?

 

Are you sure it is from the roof rack?
It could be the sunroof or the sunroof drain clogged.
