Unhappy Rough Idle and Engine does not always turn over...

Hello all I'm new to this site and the Volvo scene all together, hopefully someone will be able to help with some issues.

1. Since i have had the car when you try to start the car it does not always turn over on the first try(only about 1/4 of the time will it start on the first try). When it does not turn over on the first time the key is in position 3 it just makes a click noise once, and takes up to 4 to 5 tries to get it started. The only thing that I have done to try and correct the situation is the ignition switch. Any ideas on this one?

2. Just recently the car has started to idle roughly and intermittently. Pulled Codes and it was P1310, P302, P300.
Replaced Plugs and problems seemed to be gone. Got about 2 miles from home at a stop light and it started to idle rough again but not as bad(pulled the same codes again). Decided to do the Cap and Rotor. Just got that done and I'm still experiencing the same issue with rough idle. Its not horrible in P but once you move to R or D it gets pretty rough. There is rough idle and slow acceleration until about 3K then it is just fine.

Now I have tried searching the forums about something of this nature but I'm coming up with so many different answers I just and a little confused as to where I should start. Any ideas?? They would be greatly appreciated!!

I am not expert in any way but this what think about your problem:
1 starter
2 misfire in cylinder No 2

Wait for Tech and other experts for their opinion

Probably oil leak at cylinder 2.

Once you use new plugs, after several miles, the leaking oil may foul the plug.

Check plug to see if it is oil fouled.

I made sure to check that last night after replacing the rotor and cap and taking a short test drive around the neighborhood. None of the plugs were fouled But it was still running the same as before pretty rough until about 3k

Check coil, coil wire, wire to 2nd, 2nd injector, leak to 2nd injector, and check compression to 2 nd cylinder
