Hello.. again. Haha i am having some trouble with my seat belt. Its in a lock mode so i cant pull it out. is there a way to bypass the lock or get it unlocked so i can drive it?

 

I'm not sure if this will solve your problem, but on my 98 GLT my rear belt gets stuck when I fold down the seat. I have to unbolt it from the floor to put some slack in the belt and then it pulls right out. Takes about a minute.

 

Yeah it locked when we did that too. IT unlocks but when we try it again it just locks back up

 

I think the stop is missing on the belt and it is retracting too far then.

 

Is there a way i can just change it?

 

My rear center seat belt was stuck on my 95' 850. I was able to move it to the side to lower the seatback. When I did, I had just enough slack to retract the seat belt enough to get it loose. Did not have to remove the lower bolt. :-)
