Default Several electrical issues

Hi I'm new (joined today).
I own an 850 turbo wagon ('96) and it suddenly doesn't have any power to radio, heater/AC blower, cig lighter doesn't work. Seems like evrything else intact. No blown fuses. Can anyone think of a single common element which might be the fault? I'm also having issues taking some areas apart. e.g. the center console is being stubborn, got the rear to lift up but front end under ashtray feels like there's a screw holding it (tugged fairly hard, maybe not hard enough?) Do I need to remove dash ?

I'll check these possibilities out, thx.
What if the cig lighter were a separate problem? I'm thinking that would change the
possibilities, and I could feasibly have two unrelated but coincidental problems.
Certainly the ignition sounds very feasible, though. as for the overload relay, my manual (Haynes) seems to lack a clear reference to that. Is there another name for it? Maybe you could recommend a manual where the schematic is better than the Haynes ?

Well, usually when the ignition goes out you can turn the key back a little after you start the car and everything will work. Try the windows as well.
