Default shut off problems

When I shut off the grumbles/vibrates shakes for about 3 seconds I am not sure why

my dad thought it was transmission fluid problem disappeared for a couple days now it back...

other people say it ABS telling me to take it apart and DIY...very tempted

I think it the ABS sensors on the wheels but I am not sure

it a 96 850 GLE

Has anyone experience this before? Please help

I am not sure...what other symptoms would there be? I see the engine oil light flash before it shuts down fully...I am not sure is it just those lights r last to turn off or nething...

I am told could be the alignment or tire pressure? Its not my car so I can't do nething just yet...

Is it dieseling as as in it is still turning over when you turn it off?

that could mean you have a rich idle or a carbon build-up in the engine.

You can try some type of fuel system cleaner or sea-foam since i would think it to be a build-up since it just started happening.

try just normal cleaner before you try sea foam... sea foam is some really intense stuff and can open up seals and oil leaks that you never had before....

SeaFoam is intense stuff if you use it in the crank case. Fuel wise it burns like normal gas and generally doesn't effect seals.
