Cool small problem

After installing fmic i have noticed cut out at 4500 rpm with 17lb boost . I replaced the cbv with another stock cbv even tho i didnt find any tears or holes in old one. Ive tested for vacuum and intake leaks in system, only to find nothing. Throttle body has been removed and cleaned. Im baginning to think i need to get an N.A. intake manifold and throttle body in order to get better airflow. I honestly am at wits end with it now. The other thing is just re ently (like 2 days) really rough idle right after cold start, especially when going into gear. I forgot to mention that ive cleaned ALL intake pipes and vac lines ,and the iac has been cleaned then reinstalled ,also put in new tps new wires rotor cap plugs (gapped first @.028 mm. Right now i cant think of anything else to do . Over the weekend i had both ecu and tcu disconnected to do cold reset . No codes were found before disconnect. ATthis point im at a loss for what to look at next. I still havent put white injectors in yet , i think ill hold off until i find out where i went wrong. I could use any advice that anyone wants to offer ,but make sure you see what ive already done so far.
Thanks
Richard

radio16, can you describe the cut out a bit better?

Examples:
Revs to 4500 then wont go past that RPM
Hits 4500 and sputters
Hits 4500 then continues to climb but missing
Hits 4500 and boost drops

Stock Fuel cut off is 15PSI I believe, has nothing to do with RMP

Yes sir..... Both Boxpin and I have an ARD tune..

I got a white for now and I am extremely happy. I like It better than the IPD tune I had...

You can order them direct from Lucky here--->Active Research & Development
My advise pay the $50 for the core if you dont have a second ECu, you will get it back as soon as he gets your old one.

Vmaxx got a green tune... He Loves it....
If you mention that you are a member of FVC you will get 5% off

Did you ever get the boost issue figured out?
Is that how you ate up the trans?

Radio get an ARD tune, you're hitting fuel cut, I seem to forget I have a tune at times, but when I step on it for passing, the pull is visceral!
Factory fuel cut is 6500rpms, after my tune, it is 6700rpms. Redline is 6000rpms.

I'm getting an IAC hose from snabb soon too and hope that cures why it doesn't hold 16 lbs steadily in the upper rpms.(boost leak?).
I messaged boxpin about that and his gearbox issue the other day.

What fluid do you use boxpin?

Fuel cut occurs at 450--4700 when i hit the throttle hard.... engine will go dead for a split second ill let off th gas and then accel again without stmping it and itll be fine .... only happens when i try to gun it in sport mode ......i only think i can think of is fuel cut.....done all leak tests .....could it actually be my fuel pump going out
??

Whats your PSI when it happens... anything over 14 or 15 will cause fuel cut off..

It's kind of a hassle but one way to be sure would be to get a fuel pressure tester, attach it to the fuel rail and lead it out from under the hood and tape it down. Then go out and stick your foot in it and see if the pressure drops. If it cuts out and the pressure doesn't drop it's most likely the computer cutting injector pulse. If the gauge needle starts to wobble or drop it could be the pump having a hard time keeping up at higher demand or the pressure regulator acting up but more likely the pump.
You do have a clean fuel filter don't you ??
Are you running stock fuel pressure ?

Check your camshaft position sensor too, make sure the connection is good and clean.
