Default Starter relay location

My son just bought a used 850 Volvo and it's having starting problems. Battery is good but it won't turn over. I'm trying to find out if there is a separate starter relay other than the solenoid on the starter. If there is could someone tell me the location of that relay, I'll try replacing that first.

Thanks!

I could not find starter relay in my manual. I'll provide starter circuit diagram FYR. Wait for others' replies. It may well be the starter itself, faulty PNP switch, faulty immobiliser, etc... My starter never failed so I cannot comment on diagnostic/replacement procedure.

Do you have power to the small wire at the starter?
