Starting the 850 Up
Hey,
I have a 1995 Volvo 850 Turbo as many of you know. When I start it up when the car and the air are both very cold (-10*F to 20*F), The RPMs do not really go high. Usually I thought when you start a car, it revs high for a little, and then settles down. Mine kind of just starts and stays between 800 and 1000 RPMs. Is this a problem or not?
-Thanks

Thanks, I just thought that it should rev higher for a minute or two an then die down. I am kind of obsessive compulsive so I am probable just making a big deal out of nothing.
-Thanks
