Default Steering Alignment Question

I just changed the oil in my 96 850 Turbo. I hoisted it from the drivers side with both the Volvo jack and a 2 1/2 ton floor jack. I put the jack on the drivers side as weel. I placed it under the shock mount. The triangular peice of metal with three bolts, one of which is for the shock. Everything is fine except not my cars alignment is off. It with veer to the left when I strighten up the well perfectly, and when I let the wheel just go it wants to veer right. I have bad brakes but I dont think they would cause this much veer. I just double checked my pressure in my tires, its fine. Before I hoisted the car, its alignment was fine. Do I just need a front end alignment or what? Thanks guys!
