Yes those sound like very reasonable prices to me.

Ok, so they did a front end insepction charged me $45.00 and found nothing. They said they were going to put it back up on the rack and see what the deal is. Ill update everyone when I get it back today. Also, I had them quote me on a coolent flush, $109.00, t-belt $330.00, and oil change at $40.00 is this fair? Tell me what you guys think. Thanks!
Yep. Those prices sound fair. But I hope that the oil change is 40 dollars for full synthetic (not Dino, not a synthetic blend). Otherwise, that price is a ripoff.

+1.

I would also recommend brake fluid flush, only if you can afford it. Brake fluid is way too often neglected but if left unserviced they can form some gunks inside the hydraulic lines or cause internal corrosion, let alone lowered boiling point due to moisture absorption. Volvo calls for DOT-4 fluids.

^How much is a brake fluid flush? You can buy the pumps for around 50ish so keep that in mind if the price is above 50 dollars.

Not sure how much a shop charges; labour + fluid.

Other than the pressure bleeder (I have one and love it, worth the money and made in CA, USA), you will need a clear rubber/plastic hose found at a local hardware shop (one that fits the bleeder screw), a flare-nut wrench/ 6-point box-end wrench to loosen the bleeder screws (do not use open-end wrench as it can round off the screw) and a glass jar to hold bled-out fluid. This should be done at every 2 years or 30,000 miles, ideally. I use ATE's Super Blue/Amber DOT-4 fluid.
