Not a good evenging for me! In NJ we had quite a snow storm. My car skidded and hit a curb (right) front wheel. Damage to the rim, also when I drove away it felt as if I had no power steering. Any guess as to what it is and if it is expensive?

Could be any number of things. I would inspect it throughly and suggest taking it to a reputable shop or the dealer. You could have bent any number of steering/suspension components, or busted the steering rack. At the very least it is going to need a full four wheel alignment. Sorry for the bad news, but I would definitely take it in to get it looked at.
