still a problem with check engine
Hey everyone again, well the problem is still happening with my 96 850 the check engine light came on a few weeks ago and I went to advance auto to have it scanned. It came back with a p0103 code that indicated that my MAF was bad so I ordered a new one and installed it as soon as I got it. I disconnected the battery and waited for the codes to clear and hooked up the MAF and thought my problems were solved. WRONG! it is still doing the same thing, but here is the kicker if I disconnect the MAF sensor all together then it runs fine, no black smoke no stalling at stop lights and no hesitation on the freeway. What gives??????? I thought it would not run at higher RPMs with the sensor unplugged, can anyone give me any insight to this?
Thanks
