Default strut mounts/spring seats

My spring seats are bad on the 96 turbo wagon, I'm wondering do I just need to replace those or should I replace the strut mounts as well?

I have not done this myself, so I'm not sure, but pretty sure I have read where you should do both. If nobody answers here, call fcpgroton and ask them. They seem like straight shooters.

IMO, it depends on how many miles are on the car. If the spring seats are bad, you have to take the strut and mount out anyway and go through the expense of an alignment. I chose to go ahead and replace the struts, mounts and pad, but really depends on your situation.
