When you have a tight suspension, sometimes uneven road will cause it to pull.

if the sway bar bushings are bad could that cause weird vibrations during braking?

Their only function is to transfer some of the load during cornering from one side to the other. They shouldn't have any effect on braking or be able to cause any vibration.

They do make noise when going over bumps slowly.

Sorry, I keep thinking of what they do, not what they can do. Yes they can be a source of noise on bumps if the joints have any play.

If you're looking for reliability, do them in pairs as you'll be taking the car apart anyway and you'll have all the right tools already out.

But to answer your question, no it's not necessary to do both. If you know they are the same age it would be a good idea but the other one could have another ten years of service left in it or a week. No real way to tell.

But do get a new seal for the transmission. This is a really good idea because if it's not leaking now it might in the near future and you'd have to pull the axle out to get to it. It's a bit extra $$ and work but it insures you're not going to find a transmission leak from that seal anytime soon.

There should be no wiggle. It's like a U joint. You need to get a hold of the shaft on both sides of the joint and you shouldn't be able to feel any play in either CV joint.

Passenger side is the long one.

Well i replaced the CV and still doing it, and its getting worse im at a loss and dont know where to look now. its the worse when extra weight in the car and braking medium like it vibrates ALOT but lightly or hard not so bad. so so far the strut mount is good OEM, spring seat is good OEM, control arms are good OEM, inner outer tie rod ends are good OEM, bilsteins are less then a year. wheel bearing felt fine when i had the CV out.

ok i pulled the wheel off again to check the endlinks and they are fine, how ever it seems with the load off the strut i can wiggle it back n forth the strut nut is tight and tight to the spindle, how likely is it that the strut went bad???
