Default Timing belt confusion

So, I'm thinking about a timing belt change on my new 850. It has 152,300 miles and no service records. The cars looks well maintained, but who knows whether the t-belt has been changed.
And here is the unfortunate part...the car is a 1994 with engine number below 130xxx. All kits sold at FCP Groton say that they fit engines above that number. So I guess I need to buy the parts separately...but which ones?
Which are the vital timing belt change components? (I'm debating whether I should invest in a water pump as well...)
And while we're at it - what is the difference between the pre-130xxx and post 130xxx engines?

I would call FCP groton and talk to them. They can surely help you out with what parts you need
