Guys...
Looking into these wheels for my 1995 850 GLT Wagon.
http://detroit.craigslist.org/okl/pts/1789315745.html
1st question... they are 17's... that will fit on my 850 because they're from the 850 T5R right?
2nd question... I noticed these don't have the "Volvo" center caps... is that something that is removable and replaceable? Are those readily available on the net? I did a search but couldn't find anything (mainly because friggin' Nissan Titan crap comes up anytime you try looking for Volvo Titan).
Thanks.
-Dave

They will fit but they are not R Titans...there will be an R stamped on them and they wont have a lip on the rim. Easy to spot. these have been repainted and they painted right over the center caps. The caps are there but have been painted over. You can leave that as is or replace them, they just snap in.
Personally, I think they are a little over priced. Dont let them talk to you like they are 'R' rims and use that to your advantage.
This is an R titan, notice there is no lip and an R embedded.

Hmmm.... thanks for the info.
I can get them for $625 shipped. You think that's a bit more than usual?
I have the 15" steel wheels with Volvo hubcaps... GHETTO! I'm getting new tires in the next month or so, so I was thinking i'd get new wheels and I've always loved the Titans.
I don't necessarily need them to be "Type R" since my car isn't really "Type R". But it would make the car instantly look sexier (especially with 17" wheels).

theres a difference between going with replicas that are good and replicas that suck. For not much more than what this guy is wanting for used wheels with a craptastic paint job, he could buy a brand new set of the replica wheels for almost the same price that DO have a good paint job on, and arent a 7/10 but are a 10/10.

They are Titans, but they are not painted the anthracite color that you want on Titans. The Pegs have the R stamped in them.
One thing about the Titans is that they are not very good wheels. They bend easier than any wheel made by Volvo to the point where Volvo would replace them with other wheels when the T5R was new in 95. They were only made for that one model year.
I would get 17" Pegs instead of the Titans if it were me. My son has them painted in anthracite on his 98 S70 T5M.

These looks great! And with the $200 rebate (since it's a dealership)!
What do you guys think? I spoke with them, they did say that they would ship them.
These are 100% original, brand new, OEM wheels... with the rebate it's just over $600.

Ouch! Kinda late for me to chime in but you can get center caps easy at iPd. Also, Those are the T-5R wheels, I know, I have a set. That's the only thing I DONT like about the car. Maybe it's my tires, I run Kumho's. The tires preform well but I alway get flats and bubbles, and yesterday one split on me. I have to get them ballanced every 2,000 miles and did I mention that I hate low profile tires???
Maybe things will be better with them when I find a few thousand extra dollars so I can drop about $850 on some new Michelins. If that doesn't solve my flat tire problem I'm going to ditch the oem Titans for some Pegasus or even the ipd replicas.

I run 215/45/17's on mine and it still rides real rought compared to my 97 R which has 15" wheels on it. I have the Volans with Yokohama tires on the T5R. I like the way it handles, but the ride sucks. When we go on long trips we like taking the 97 R because of the ride. Sucker has 213K on it now and running good. Getting ready to do timing belt and water pump soon.
