Tranny Flush?

Tranny Flush?
So it's finally going to be time for my 70K checkup in a few weeks...only took 12 years to get to 70K!!! (Honestly, this car will probably outlive me).
Should I have a tranny flush done at the checkup? I'm not sure when it last had one.
The timing belt should be fine...it was replaced four years ago due to age as a precaution but I will have it looked at anyways. Hoses are my other big concern at 70K, right? It's also due for an oil change.
Most of the other stuff should be OK I think...only have 7K on the brakes and everything else works except the A/C which I'm not planning on ever having fixed.
I should also ask: are there any alternatives to incandescent bulbs for my turn signals, brake lights, etc? I'm so sick of replacing one every other month!

RE: Tranny Flush?
Looked at the records and it's been a while so I think I'll have that done.
Looks like some of the hoses may have been replaced at 7 years. This car has always had low mileage and the previous owner (my grandfather) used to go by the years and not the mileage, of course if the mechanic thought it was OK at the time he wouldn't replace it and the only inspections it's had since I got it have been PA state inspections (which I hear are more thorough than other states).
Thankfully Grandpa kept every service record for me, trouble is I'm not the most mechanically minded person when it comes to cars and I'm still in the process of learning what is what (my elective in high school was TV production, not auto tech) so I'm not sure what exactly was done but some of the names (timing belt, etc) are familiar enough.

RE: Tranny Flush?
I personally would leave the tranny fluid alone, if it hasn't been done within the last 4-5 years or 40,000-50,000 miles, as long as the current fluid is clear red and has no burnt smell to it.
If left unserviced for a long time, tranny fluid can form some gunk inside the tranny, and the introduction of fresh fluid can wash down these gunks, which in turn could cause blocking of tiny hydraulic passages. If this happens, the tranny may start malfunctioning.
