Default Turbo Control Valve hoses?

Ok, so I replaced my PCV system (holy crap) and I noticed some missing hosed. One of them is the center of the three hoses coming off my turbo control valve.

I noticed I also have an extra nipple coming off the bottom of the turbo air intake hose near the airbox, but didnt want to put two and two together till I was sure. Now it's just disconnected on both ends.

Am I right to assume these two need a hose between them?
