Exclamation Turbo Headgasket

Looking for some opinions on this. I have oil in the coolant and if it idles for more than 15 minutes its starts smoking from the exaust. i also know that my pcv system is clogged up. my turbo was replaced by volvo at 80k miles and my radiator at about 110k. i now have 135k on it. my mechanic who specilizes in volvo said i had about 15% of Hydrocarbons coming out of my coolant bottle. so I figured its the headgasket. head was checked with a striaght edge and is not warped. the car has never overheated. my mechanic said he could not see any probs with the headgasket itself. is it possible it was porous or could there be another prob.
thanks

You have oil in the coolant or coolant in the oil?

mostly oil in the coolant but have noticed some of the brown sludge on the dipstick. what else would cause HC's in the coolant bottle?

I am pretty sure it means exhaust is getting into the coolant, so the problem area is going to be around a combustion chamber. Did you check the block for problems? Do any of the pistons look cleaner than the others? Coolant leaking into a hot combustion chamber will kinda steam clean everything in there.

If you have coolant in the oil then that generally means blown head gasket.
