Hey Guys

I need a suggestion on a Turbo repair kit for my 1995 T-5R.
It has a TD04HL - 15G turbo in it. The shaft inside the turbo moves from side to side and wiggles up and down. I'm looking for that special kit. A balance between price and quality. In other words. Where can I get a nice kit for a good price.

plenty of kits on eBay - its a generic kit for all the TD04HL Mitsubishi turbos - not specific to the impeller/compressor capacity (what the 15G refers to vs say a 16 or 18T). Check out YouTube for some vids on how to rebuild your own (I think ARD posted one and its quite good).

 

Turbo doesn't go bad on its own, something cause it to go bad, find out what it is first before repairing the turbo. The catalytic converter could be clogged, CBV can be torn, oil feed can be plugged, etc.
