Are you planning on putting a bigger turbo on there added with the stock one? Or upgrading your stock one to a bigger one and then adding another bigger one? Or using the stock one and adding a bigger one on there?

I would say your going to need an FMIC because the stock intercooler wont cut it. Your going to need bigger injectors, custom tune (RICA is your best bet), vaccum lines (Go to Stylin Motors Inc.), Turbo hoses, etc....

I would say your looking at a good $1500-$3000 maybe more.

Remember the stock internals will only hold about 300HP.
I would go a bigger turbo than you have now or upgrade all the internals from this site.

They also have pretty good upgrade kits. A little expensive though.

I agree just upgrade to one single bigger turbo. 16T,18T,19T.

Get better tuning through RICA or IPD. Also upgrade your exhaust system with a 3" downpipe and 3" free flowing catback system. Better intercooler, A-Tech or an FMIC setup, has to be custom made.

So you already have an intake and 3" exhaust. Do you have a 3" downpipe or just a 3" catback system? If you don't got a 3" downpipe do that before you do your chip. With a full three inch exhaust you will see more gains with the 3" downpipe then just a 3" catback system.

SpeedTuning USA is like $325 + shipping I believe for their ECU upgrade. You should be happy with it. However I would spend the money for a good ECU tune.
