Default Ummm....

So on my way home tonight I was in the 850...finally got it back from my girlfriend who was borrowing it since her car was down.

Anyway, I was doing some fun boosting. Overboost problem still exists.

One time I bit boost and let off and the car stayed around 2800 RPM. Then I hit the button back to ECON and it went away.

Two miles later a little red light next to the clock/info center came on.

It stayed on until about a block from my house and then went away.

Whats that light?

I hope this isn't a sign of things to come.

I still haven't figured out the overboost problem either

Let it also be known that in the SAME spot on my 96 T-5 wagon, there was this light that glowed orange with a snowflake around it.

Is this simply the cold outside temp light?

Also, I scored a working 95+ gauge cluster from a junk yard with 94k miles on it.

Anything fancy I have to do to use it in my 94?

On my 96 when I hit the TRACS button, a light on the dash would come on. On this, the only time I see the TRACS light is when I first start the car.

the little red light coming on indicates that its -2 celcius outside (or equivalent fahrenhiet). Just letting you know there are some chilly road conditions. It worried me too the first time it came on.

Yeah I did a little scrounging and gathered that.

I like the newer cluster design much better. The snowflake is a good idea...lol

94/95 clusters are interchangeable no problem.
