updating my old pcv system..
what's up guys, i'm in need of help on how to replace my worn out pcv system on my 97 850 t5. I was working on it yesterday when I noticed smoke coming out of the dipstick. I'm going to change the oil with mobil 1 15w-50 synthetic, k&n oil filter or oem oil filter, add some fluid ****e to remedy the blow-by.
Now i'd like to know what exactly to tackle to fix the blow-by issue. Do i need to change the pcv valve? Any and all replies would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks

i did mine when i first bought mt t5 and turned out to be the pipe running from the breather box to the intake pipe that was blocked and the rest of the system was clean so was a cheap fix as managed to clean everything out and replaced the blocked hose and put new inlet manifold gasket on and the fuel pipe on the injector rail replaced as was easier to cut it off and replace it with new been fine since i done that.
